Dr Robyn Chandler

I grew up in Royal Oak and Epsom and graduated from the University of Auckland in 2003. I worked in the UK and Central Australia in Emergency Medicine and Anaesthesia, including a stint with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and have worked rurally in New Zealand.

I joined the team at Hillsborough in 2018. I enjoy all aspects of General Practice, especially developing long term relationships with patients and families.

I have postgraduate qualifications in Child Health and Women's Health. I am a member of the Australasian Menopause Society.

I have Certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine and undertake Skin Checks and excisions of Skin Cancers. I work at a Skin Cancer Clinic one day per week in addition to my General Practice work.

I am married to Bjoern and we have three young children who keep us busy with their Sports, Dance and Drama. We are keen trampers and have explored many remote parts of New Zealand as a family.
